Well well, Snooki here...

 It looks like Ms. Nicole Polizzi better known as Snooki will be getting her own spin off from Jersey Shore.  Initially we heard that Snooki & JWow would be getting a show together but MTV realized that Snooki is where the the money is apparently.  I have to admit that bitch is funny but I don't know if I could watch a show just about her...I guess it all depends on when it's on.  Anyway, no idea what the premise will be or what it will be called but I'm assuming the whole "Snookin for Love" thing is out the window since she's got a man, a new one I think so she doesn't need any help in that department which I find very strange.  Who would want to date her or The Situation?  I guess if I had to pick I'd date her!! Kim Kardashain's silver dollars

So I know this is totally old news today but I didn't have the time to post yesterday...did you guys see the photos of Kim Kardashian painted in silver & nude in W magazine?  Well I just wanted to say first of all that not only are her breasts painted silver but she has HUGE nipples & apparently silver isn't very slimming because her ass looks twice it's already large size & not in a good way, though I'm sure all of my black male friends would totally disagree!  Here's the pics & thanks to wwtdd.com for them.

 

Christina Aguilera filed for divorce

Well that trial split lasted all of 5 minutes & I guess it didn't work because Christina filed for divorce from her husband Jordan citing the usual "irreconcilable differences" & requesting joint custody of their son Max.  I have no idea if there were prenups involved or not but both of them do pretty well for themselves so I have a feeling that this might be a quick & easy split.  Nothing has been said as to what actually caused the want to split in the first place but I assume it's just plain boredom & growing apart...especially since her career was on hold for so long right after they had the baby & I think they just spent way too much time alone together & realized that they in fact were not a good match.  This is pretty common because it's really not all that hard to get sick of someone especially when you see them all the damn time!  I still think her choice to be orange played a small role as well.

Rachel & Rodger are having a baby!

We all watched Rachel Zoe on her show this season talking about starting a family with her husband Rodger & the word is out (hush hush of course) that Zoe is pregnant!  Her bump was spotted recently which must mean that she's a few weeks pregnant...considering the fact that she's a toothpick with a lot of hair it won't take long before her pregnancy goes from hush hush to blazingly obvious.  I really hope that due to her size she's able to carry the baby to full term without having to spend too much time on bed rest.  One perk to her having this baby will be that she will add a few pounds to her bony body which she desperately needs...the photo here was taken just this past summer so she obviously needs a little extra meat on her bones & having a baby is a great reason for her to do just that.  A big congrats to Rachel & Rodger & also to Brad who I just heard left Rachel's company (on good terms) to get into being a stylist all on his own & he's very happy about it as I saw something online saying that he's like the only 30 year old assistant so it was really time to get on with his own gig & Rachel couldn't be happier for him!!

One split, two split

It was quite the week for splitting couples, first up Courteney Cox & David Arquette announced their split & honestly I can't believe it lasted as long as it did.  They were together for 11 years & honestly I didn't think it would even last 2 years since she is so level headed & seems like a control freak while he is a grown 5 year old who doesn't ever seem to take anything seriously.  He explains here why they split & it's basically because he's a grown child!

Then we had the split of Christina Aguilera & Jordan Bratman who apparently are going to try living apart but are still fully committed to their son Max.  These 2 were married for 5 years & so far nothing has been said as to why they split but I'm going to guess her being orange now had to play some role, right?  Any way, both couples say that they aren't yet choosing divorce but when was the last time that you saw a couple do a trial separation & then get back together?  Pink & Carey don't count because they divorced & then got back together so it's a totally different situation!

The Kids are All Right

The girls went & saw this movie on Saturday night & I had been wanting to see it, thought it looked great & had such an awesome cast (Annette Benning, Julianne Moore, Mark Ruffalo) but then I totally forgot about it so I was super happy to find out that the gals were seeing it.  We went out to the Main in Royal Oak for this one as it's not showing at "regular" theaters which is probably why I forgot about it.  

Anyway, the basic synopsis is 2 lesbians who used the sperm of the same man (via sperm bank) to both get pregnant & now the kids are grown, daughter is off to college soon & son is 15.  The son wants to know who his dad is so he asks his sister to find out since she's now 18 & legally can look into it so she does & the father is Ruffalo & he still lives close by so they go & meet him.  When the moms find out about it they aren't the happiest but do what they can to welcome this turn of events & this change to their family dynamic.  The moms, the kids, and the donor all have to figure out how to coexist & of course run into road blocks but along the way this movie is freaking hilarious!  It's not solely a comedy but it's a great balance of heart & humor & I highly suggest this movie to everyone though your basic homophobic guys won't like it & the pervs...well, there's no major girl on girl action so don't expect it.  I would totally give this movie 3.5 out of 4 olives!!
